I usually love this place. It's worth the long lines. However, today it took over minutes. I started to notice that large groups that came in after me received their order. I asked how much longer on my blueberry waffle with the flavor of the day. The young lady went to check and then asked me what my order was. I was very upset because the people I came with had gotten their order and finished and could no longer wait. I am grateful I was able to get a refund. Just disappointed that my order was pushed to the side/ forgotten. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

Excellent frozen Custard and even better service. This is a Motor City treasure that can't be missed if you're visiting and an absolute destination for locals who don't venture outside of their usual enclaves. There's not much else to do nearby except bowling, but I'll say it very much worth going out of your way for.

Had a banana shake and my friend ordered there famous waffle ice cream sandwich. Really good ice cream, the only downside is that there always busy! Had to wait 15 minutes for her waffle.

I've been going here with my grandma since I was little. The custard is great but the regular ice cream is even better. My friends always get the waffle sandwiches, which are really good, but I choose not to get because of the mess (my biggest pet peeve)! I like that it't not quite mainstream, like Dairy Queen or Coldstone. The only downside is that the building is very small, and the line often time goes out the door. Totally worth it, though!

The custard didn’t have much of a taste. I’m obsessed with frozen custard and I seek out custard shops everywhere I go. The custard recipe needs to be changed. It tastes like whipped cream, not frozen custard. Culver’s in Westland, Ermas in Warren, and Custard & Co in Royal Oak are all way better. I hope they fix the flavor because this shop is the closest to my home, and I wouldn’t mind giving them another chance.
